There’s not enough room here to relate the many services of the Incubator. Beyond
winemaking, the Incubator:
(1) Offloaded our brand new Willmes press with a giant crane, on site, at KVH, where served all wineries for two years.
(2) Installed 10 new wine tanks at our new winery location two years later.
These Texans have heart!
